What are good cleanser, toner, moisturizer and facial scrub for teenage combination skin?

I'm 13 and i think i have combination skin. My skin is red around my nostrils and on my nose and i have a few spots. What is the best cleanser, toner, moisturizer and facial scrub for my skin? (nothing to expensive please)

I'm 13 also and I use Clinique 3 step process. It includes a cleanser,toner,and oil-free moisturizer. It's really not too expensive and it last forever!! This has really helped me, it's gentle on my skin and fights acne. Use for about 21 days and you will see lots of improvement, if your acne gets a little worse or doesn't go away before the 21 days is up don't loose hope. It brings out all impurities and acne under your skin,but if you're patient your skin will improve GR8LY!!=)Hope this helps!!
