Herpes Solution
Herpes viral disease is "hiding" mainly in fatty tissue that surrounds nerve cells and roads. There are three types of classification of the spread of herpes, even though the first two below are the virus is found in various places.

Two forms of herpes simplex require a certain balance of two amino acids to reproduce. These are Argenine and Lysine. If, and when the level Argenine gets higher, and the level gets low Lysine, Herpes comes to play (reproduce).
This is when you first notice that itch is a small reddened area with one or more very small pimples. Do not kiss anyone or have relations sex without condoms (depending on the area of herpes outbreaks) during this time. Herpes is spread by contact, and very infectious.
There is no cure for viruses herpoid date. Herpes is estimated to affect 80 million people in America, and about 20% of the U.S. population has genital Herpes So while we can not cure it, we have an outbreak control. First take care of the affected area of skin. Keep areas dry and clean during outbreaks to help healing. Avoid physical contact with the area since the symptoms first noticed (usually tingling, itching, burning) until all sores are completely healed, not just scabbed-over. Until then, you and discards "your" are highly infectious. Scabs and any other waste that is in your clothes is dangerous, and it is possible to re-infect themselves and others.
Next, carefully handle the explosion. Valtrex and similar ointments that will help dry up the infection quickly, but I found a simpler and cheaper way years ago. I just wet one edge of an ordinary soap, (Or a drop of liquid soap) and rub it all over and around the affected area, coating it with a layer of soap. I also the first area and small pimples break before and by doing so. I wash my hands after doing so well, then let the area with soap dry before putting on clothes. Within a week or so, small scabs are gone and the skin is "normal."
There are some who would disagree with that, but it is very effective for me, and many others that I have advised. It's free and avoid doctors and drugs. Some further advice - latex condoms reduce the risk of proliferation or by herpes. Wash your hands with soap and water if you touch a sore.
If you understand and follow these simple instructions, then herpes simplex is not that much of a problem.
