Neutrogena acne body wash?

I have terrible acne on my chest, shoulders, and back. I tried using acne neutrogena body wash but I get a terrible rash in my hair in the armpits when rinsing. I can not use deodrant for a week and should be washed with soap and apply cortisone areas until heals. Anyone know a way I can apply the body wash and drink it without touching my hair in the armpits, this seems impossible, because of the need to use it in my shoulders (deltoids). Closing my arm pits not help much. Any other suggestions? I already use proactive for my face, I do not want to use it on my body, because it would waste so quickly considering how the entire chest and back has acne. btw I already eat healthy and to take fish oil and all the good stuff. Please help, I want to get rid of this curse.

Yes. I use the same product. Use a washcloth or loofah (I think that is what is called.) It really works. Just lather it and rub it around your body and do not use it for your hair in the armpits. I use a bar soap for my hair in the armpits instead of washing the body. She works for me and probably should work for you.
