Once back at work, how long will it lower back and butt hurt bone Do you?
I just delivered my son Wed morning at 5:45. I was in labor for 3 hours and he came out gay side of things so I had horrible back labor, even with the epidural. My back still still really hurts and my butt bone it hurts to sit on it. How long is your hurt? It helps you better try and more walking or rest? I had an episiotomy, but it does not hurt as much as the back and butt.
I had a baby on July 5 with a terrible back labor, and my tailbone still hurts. The doctor told me that my baby was probably destroyed on exit because it is sunny side, but that will heal on its own after several weeks. Perhaps this is the same for you. I was alternating ice packs and heating mat and getting lots of rest and it seems to help. Good luck!
