Does Proactive Toner important?

I wanted to use it it makes my face dry! after shaving and it hurts and I need to shave Hahaha I know everyday that the removal of dirt but I use the exfoliator in the shower, so it must be dirt in my face I'm noticing come from cotton when I use what do you think?

Toner removes excess sebum, oil and impurities from your pores. If you are drying probably do not need to use it because it is simply removing the good oil that keeps your skin hydrated. Tests To see how your skin is after a week or so do not use toner. Do not use if it is not necessary.
