ACNE help! Help girls!?

I'm so tired of acne. I use regular face wash and astrigment and blackhead gel mask/astrigment and Clearasil Ultra acne spot treatment without tint. You know the one that says clearer skin in three days. I've also used their face wash but i still have to much acne. I think living in colorado has made it worse cuz i used to live in california and it was a bit better. What can i do? I want something that will help give me clearer skin in at least 3 weeks and hopefully little to nothing in at least two months and something that wont dry my face. Does Murad work? Thanx for the help!

I think the reason your acne is not going away is because you're using TOO many things - it is just drying out your skin, and making it even harder to heal!

Wash your face thoroughly with warm water (not cold!) and a cleanser that has salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it every day - once in the morning, and once at night. It's not good for your skin to wash it too much. I use BIOTHERM - AcnoPur. It has salicylic acid in it, and it's made to help control oily skin.

Use an astringent toner, and then a regular moisturizer - the astringent will help treat the pimples, but your skin will not heal without moisture, so you gotta use the moisturizer. I use KIEHLS. They have a great blue astringent toner, and their regular moisturizer is great. When you use both, your skin will heal.

Then, you can put on some medication or cream that attacks the acne. Try www.skinstore.com (or it might be theskinstore.com i forget. just type it in, you'll find it) - I use Effaclark from the company La Roche Posay and I order it from that website. It really targets your acne.

Also, avoid touching your forehead/face. The oils from your hands will inflame your pimples. So even if you feel self-conscious, don't touch your face!

Also, eat lots of fruits/vegetables and drink a lot of water. It really helps to clear out your skin, believe it or not.
