2. Reduce the intake of oily food:

Oily food would usually generate a large amount of oil especially onto skin and face causing more acne breakouts as well as blackheads. Eating more fiber such as fruits and vegetables will be able to decrease the fats percentage as well as to get rid of the blackheads. Drink plenty of water ranging from 8 to 10 glasses a day for general cleansing and to detoxify your skin. Cut down on the junk food as well.

3. Hot temperature:

Usually a visit to the sauna or a closed up hot bath steam will soften the blackheads and it in turn will ease the removal. The hot temperature will actually widen the pores and remove the extra amount of oil from the face or other parts of body. This is one of the safest and convenient ways to get rid of blackheads.
