How to take this step! I know therapy is a must .... now why can not I make the move ?!?!?
I need therapy because I was so much in 21 years (im 21 lol) ... and i just can not seem to do it. I have gone before when I was younger to bullying ... lets just say it made things worse ... so as not taking the> next step?
You just have to pick up the phone and make the appointment. Once someone is phone with you, you will not turn off. I know it's hard. I just made that call for the first time about a month ago. But this is a cliche, but true. You're making more intelligent choice asking for help rather than ignoring the problem. It's scary, but I know I can do it! Good luck!
